Calling All Parrot Heads!!!!!!
Put On Your Walking Shoes and Help Us Stomp Out Breast Cancer!!!!!

We're calling all Parrot Heads to come out and walk with us as "Team Parrot Head" to help raise money for a local Key West organization. The Zonta Club of Key West will be having their annual "ABC 5K Run/Walk" on Saturday, November 6th, 2010. This organization raises money to cover mammogram's, thin-prep pap tests, other diagnostic test and preventive measures for uninsured and underinsured women. Monroe County has some of the highest incidence of breast cancer, because of so many workers living there who have no healthcare. Zonta Walk/Run Team "Parrot Head" Raffle

 

 

Again this year the Key West Zonta Club is holding a raffle to help us raise
money for our Team "Parrot Head". The raffle will be for a week stay during MOTM week for 2010, November 2, 2010 check in and check out November 9, 2010

Rules for the raffle:

 1. Raffle ticket will be available for purchase starting on July 23, 2010 and ending on September 10, 2010.

2. In order to qualify as a winner you must also be registered for MOTM 2010. http://phip.com/MOTM_Reg.asp

3. Raffle tickets are 1 for $5.00...6 for $20.00...12 for $35.00…20 for $50.00

4. Drawing will be held on or before September 16, 2010 in order to provide plenty of time for the winner to cancel a prior reservation (if they have one)

5. Drawing will be held at Margaritaville Restaurant, Key West. (The person doing the drawing will be announce at a later date)

6. The winner must use the week designated only. The winner cannot transfer this to another person(s).

7. Be sure to include your club name, as the monies raised from the raffle from your club members will be credited to your club's team.

Instructions for PayPal Purchase: 

· Go to the Zonta Donations Page http://www.zontakeywest.com/donate-to-zonta-key-west

· Click on the PayPal "Donate" button on the left

·When the PayPal screen comes up, enter the amount you are donating (see ticket prices above in #3 ) in the donation amount box, and click on "Update Total"

·Log in to Paypal with your email and password

·In the middle of the PayPal screen, on the left side, click on "Please Enter Reason For Donation"

·In the description box, enter "MOTM RAFFLE TICKETS", your name, your Club Name, and your phone number

·Click on the Orange "Donate Now" button on the bottom of the screen

·Paypal should send you a receipt for your donation

a phone number/email address for contact purposes***
